1. Promotion Period: The “Copylite Rewards” promotion period begins on Jan 2nd, 2008 and ends on June 30th, 2008. Sales before and after these dates do not qualify for the “Copylite Rewards” program.

2. What Are “Copylite Points”: Each dollar spent by the customer on Aftermarket products is equal to one “Copylite Point”. Dollars amounts paid for shipping, handling and OEM products are not equal to “Copylite Points” Customer must take delivery of the product by the end of the program in order for these points to count toward your program total.

3. How do you get “Copylite Points”: “Copylite Points” can be earned by purchasing any of our Aftermarket products. Only Aftermarket products are valid for “Copylite Points”.

4. Pricing: For the “Copylite Rewards” program, prices will be as listed under the “Copylite Rewards” pricing. Contact your sales representative.

5. How to redeem prizes: Contact your Copylite sales representative and he/she will be able to provide you with information on the status of your prize. You can only reedeem one prize equivelent to your point total, you may not combine prizes. Prizes must be redeemed no later than 4 weeks after the end of the promotion period. You must fill out a "Prize Information" sheet, that will be provided to you by your sales representative.

6. Visa Gift Cards: Customers will be allowed to divide gift certificates in $50 increments.

7. Delivery of Prizes: Please allow 6-8 weeks for the delivery of your prizes, this rule applies for both tangible goods and gift certificates. Prizes will be delivered after July 31st, 2008.

8. Verification: The total amount of “Copylite Points” for each customer has to be verified by Copylite Products Corp. before any prizes can be shipped to the winner.

9. Eligibility: All Copylite customers are eligible for the “Copylite Rewards” program. If you are a Copylite Customer who resides outside the United States please read the special conditions #11 International Customers. Customers participating in Dollar Purchase programs must choose either the rewards program or the Dollar Purhcase Program as they cannot participate in both programs.

10. Limitations of Liability: No responsibility is assumed by Copylite Products Corp for technical problems or malfunctions arising in connection with any of the products listed in the “Copylite Rewards” program. In addition no responsibility is assumed by Copylite Products Corp. for the cancellation of or changes to the vacation packages offered within the “Copylite Rewards” program. In addition Copylite does not take any responsibility for the shipment of prizes to individuals who are not authorized by their respective company's to receive prizes from Copylite.

11. Promotional Modification: Copylite Products Corp. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, suspend and/or terminate the “Copylite Rewards” program in whole or in part at any time during the Promotion Period for any reason what so ever, including without limitation, in the event that the “Copylite Rewards” program is not capable of running as planned or as intended by these Official Rules. In the event of Promotion cancellation, all “Copylite Points” will be deemed expired and void and will be ineligible for redemption and Copylite Products Corp. shall have any further liability with respect thereto. Copylite Products is not responsible for any typographical errors in the advertising of any merchandise included in the “Copylite Rewards” program or the Official Rules, Web Site pages or other promotional materials.

12. Conditions of Participation: All participants agree to be bound the Official Rules and the decisions of Copylite Products Corp whose decisions in all aspects of this promotion shall be final and binding.

13. International Customers: All Copylite Products Corp. customers residing outside the United States will agree to redeem only gift certificates offered in the “Copylite Rewards” program. Because of shipping and customs restrictions Copylite Products Corp. is unable to ship the other prizes listed in the “Copylite Rewards” program. Please contact your Copylite sales representative for more information on redeeming your Gift Certificate.
