1. Promotion Period: The “Copylite Rewards” promotion period begins on January 1, 2012 and ends on June 30, 2012. Non-OEM purchases before and after these dates do not qualify for the “Copylite Rewards” program.
2. What are “Copylite Points”: For each dollar spent by the customer on non-OEM (aftermarket) products is equal to one “Copylite Point”. Dollars amounts paid for shipping, handling and OEM products are not equal to “Copylite Points” Customer must take delivery of the product by the end of the program in order for these points to count toward your program total.
3. How do you get “Copylite Points”: “Copylite Points” are earned with each non-OEM product purchase. With the exception of Swingline and Panamax products, all other purchases of non-OEM products are eligible towards “Copylite Points”.
4. Pricing : Ninety percent or more of all purchases must be purchased at catalog pricing to be eligible.
5. How to redeem rewards: Contact your Copylite sales representative and he/she will be able to provide you with information on the status of your prize. You can only redeem one prize equivalent to your point total, you may not combine rewards. Rewards must be redeemed no later than 4 weeks after the end of the promotion period. You must fill out a "Prize Information" sheet, that will be provided to you by your sales representative.
6. Visa Gift Cards: Customers will be allowed to divide gift certificates in $50 increments.
7. Delivery of rewards: Please allow 3-4 weeks for the delivery of rewards, this rule applies for both tangible goods and gift certificates. Rewards will be delivered after July 31, 2012.
8. Verification: The total amount of “Copylite Points” for each customer has to be verified by Copylite Products before any rewards can be shipped to the winner.
9. Eligibility: All Copylite customers are eligible to earn “Copylite Rewards”. Only domestic US accounts are eligible to participate in Copylite Rewards. Customers participating in Dollar Purchase Program (DPP) are not eligible for Rewards.
10. Limitations of Liability: No responsibility is assumed by Copylite Products for technical problems or malfunctions arising in connection with any of the products listed in the “Copylite Rewards” program. In addition no responsibility is assumed by Copylite Products for the cancellation of or changes to the vacation packages offered within the “Copylite Rewards” program. In addition Copylite does not take any responsibility for the shipment of rewards to individuals who are not authorized by their respective company to receive rewards from Copylite.
11. Promotional Modification: Copylite Products reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, suspend and/or terminate the “Copylite Rewards” program in whole or in part at any time during the Promotion Period for any reason what so ever, including without limitation, in the event that the “Copylite Rewards” program is not capable of running as planned or as intended by these Official Rules. In the event of Promotion cancellation, all “Copylite Points” will be deemed expired and void and will be ineligible for redemption and Copylite Products shall have any further liability with respect thereto. Copylite Products is not responsible for any typographical errors in the advertising of any merchandise included in the “Copylite Rewards” program or the Official Rules, Web Site pages or other promotional materials.
12. Conditions of Participation: All participants agree to be bound the Official Rules and the decisions of Copylite Products whose decisions in all aspects of this promotion shall be final and binding.
13. International Customers: All Copylite Products customers residing outside the United States may redeem “Copylite Rewards” gift certificates. Please contact your Copylite sales representative for more information on redeeming your rewards.
