Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 4:30 p.m. EST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day. Special orders ship as soon as the items arrive at our warehouse.

Ground shipping usually takes between one to five business days, depending on your delivery location and which warehouse fulfills your order.

Yes, Saturday delivery is available upon request. However, you must still place your order before the standard 4:30 p.m. EST cut-off on Friday.

Yes, we ship internationally via the U.S. Postal Service. International orders require a minimum purchase of $250 (orders under this amount incur a $75 handling fee). Please note that all international sales are final and non-refundable.

Yes. If you need us to ship directly to your customer without our branding, simply request this in the "Notes" section of your order page and specify that we should NOT include a packing slip.

We collect a default shipping deposit at checkout ($75 USD for domestic, $45 USD for Canada). Once your order is weighed and packaged, the actual cost is determined. If the actual cost exceeds the deposit, the difference will be charged to your account.

Orders & Accounts

No, we are unable to fulfill or ship orders addressed to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical street address for all shipments.

Please call our corporate office at 954.581.2470 immediately. If the error is not corrected before the order ships, UPS charges an address correction fee of $10.00, which will be passed on to you.

No, Copylite does not offer COD shipping. All orders must be paid for by credit card or check before they leave our warehouse.

Backordered items usually ship within 7-14 business days. Please note that backordered items are non-refundable and are subject to an additional ground shipping charge of $14.99.

In the rare event that a carrier loses a package, please notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. We will either re-ship your items or reimburse you for the cost of the order.

Returns & Issues

If the damage is obvious, refuse the shipment with the driver. If you discover damage later, call the carrier to file a claim within five days of receipt. After filing the claim, contact our customer service at 800-989-6000 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

If a non-OEM (compatible) product proves defective within 90 days of the invoice date, we will replace it or refund the purchase price. After 90 days, we only process returns for replacements.

Yes, all non-defective, non-OEM products returned to us are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
